Dennis Rodman Boted From LA Hotel

Dennis “creepy hands” Rodman was kicked out of London Hotel in West Hollywood this past Friday. He was in town for Celebrity Apprentice and apparently a bunch of guests complained after he was spotted groping and slapping female guests. “He is the most obscene and out of control guest I’ve ever seen up here.” I haven’t seen Dennis in a while, but he is still a jackass, he picked it back up rather quickly. I guess it’s like riding a bike. Source

Man Dies During Pancake Eating Contest
March 5, 2009 by · Leave a Comment
A man in has Russia died after choking on a pancake in a pancake eating contest. Witnesses said that as 48-year-old Boris Isayev was receiving his award for gobbling the most pancakes, he began foaming at the mouth and then collapsed on stage. Efforts to revive him were unsuccessful. We hope that Boris is now sitting in the big IHOP in the sky, eating as many pancakes as he wants! At least he died a winner!
AMERICAN IDOL “Third 12 of 36 Compete” (Top 36 – Group 3) Review
March 4, 2009 by Sebastin · Leave a Comment
Finally, the third group of 12 performed on AMERICAN IDOL Season 8. Once again a pretty disappointing night, no one really shined for me. My favorite of the night was Jorge Nuñez. I honestly have no idea which three will go ahead tonight. Let’s find out how the contestants did: Von Smith Song: “You’re All I Need to Get By” by Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell Thoughts: I thought he did pretty good. It was an enjoyable performance. Judge I agree with the most: Simon Rating: 3/4 Video: Taylor Vaifanua Song: “If I Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Keyes Thoughts: I was really bored during the performance. And I have to agree with the judges, she really didn’t put any personality into it. Judge I agree with the most: Kara/Simon Rating: 2/4 Video: Alex Wagner Song: “I Guess That’s Why They Call It the Blues” by Elton John Thoughts: I half liked it and half didn’t. It was a little awkward in parts. Judge I agree with the most: Paula Rating: 2.5/4 Video: Arianna Afsar Song: “he Winner Takes It All” by ABBA Thoughts: I don’t remember her from Hollywood week, but I actually really liked her (I cannot believe I disagree with Simon on this). Judge I agree with the most: Paula Rating: 3/4 Video: Ju’Not Joyner Song: “Hey There Delilah” by Plain White T’s Thoughts: It was pretty good. I do agree with the judges that he was holding back a little, I wish he had let go a little more. Judge I agree with the most: Simon Rating: 3/4 Video: Kristen McNamara Song: “Give Me One Reason” by Tracy Chapman Thoughts: Wow, that girl can sing. I really didn’t think she would be that good, but I liked her a lot. Judge I agree with the most: Kara Rating: 4/4 Video: Nathaniel Marshall Song: “I’d Do Anything for Love (But I Won’t Do That)” by Meat Loaf Thoughts: First of all I love this song, but I don’t think he got what the meaning of it really was. There was absolutely no emotion, I just didn’t get it. Judge I agree with the most: Simon Rating: 2/4 Video: Felicia Barton Song: “No One” by Alicia Keys Thoughts: It started out good, but there was some pitchy moments in there. Overall, she was pretty good, especially for someone that was initially sent home. Judge I agree with the most: Simon Rating: 3/4 Video: Scott MacIntyre Song: “Mandolin Rain” by Bruce Hornsby and the Range Thoughts: I just didn’t think he was that good. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t that great. Judge I agree with the most: None Rating: 2/4 Video: Kendall Beard Song: “This One’s for the Girls” by Martina McBride Thoughts: It was ok, I enjoyed it. That’s about it. Judge I agree with the most: Randy Rating: 3/4 Video: Jorge Nuñez Song: “Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me” by Elton John Thoughts: Wow, that was awesome. He has a really great voice. My favorite of the night. Judge I agree with the most: Randy Rating: 4/4 Video: Lil Rounds Song: “Be Without You” by Mary J. Blige Thoughts: Well, I don’t like that song, so that’s a problem. It was just ok for me. I have to disagree with the judges on that one. Plus I actually find her a little boring (been there done that). Judge I agree with the most: None Rating: 3/4 Video: Related posts: AMERICAN IDOL Season 8 “3 Finalists Chosen” Review (2/18/09) AMERICAN IDOL – Top 12 finally revealed Daemon’s TV Copyright © 2006-2008 This feed is for personal, non-commercial use only. AMERICAN IDOL “Second 12 of 36 Compete†(Top 36 – Group 2) Review

The second group of 12 out of 36 performed last night on AMERICAN IDOL , and I gotta say it wasn’t much better than last week as a whole. For some reason it seems like the show keeps the best one for last (aka Adam Lambert). My top three choices after tonight’s performances are: Adam Lambert (of course), Allison Iraheta, and Matt Giraud (just because I think he has potential). We’ll see if any of them gets through tonight. But for now let’s find out how everybody did: Jasmine Murray Song: “Love Song” by Sarah Bareilles Thoughts: I found her pretty boring. Not that exciting. Judge I agree with the most: Simon Rating: 2/4 Video: Matt Giraud Song: “Viva La Vida” by Coldplay Thoughts: Dammit, I really liked him during Hollywood week, but he really didn’t do that great of a job. Judge I agree with the most: Simon Rating: 2/4 Video: Jeanine Vailes Song: “This Love” by Maroon 5 Thoughts: Wrong choice of song. It was pretty bad. She’s definitely not making it through. Judge I agree with the most: Simon Rating: 1/4 Video: Nick Mitchell Song: “And I Am Telling You” by Thoughts: I still don’t know what to make of Nick, but at least he is more entertaining than the other first three we saw. And he actually doesn’t have a bad voice, so I’ll let America decide on that one. Judge I agree with the most: Kara Rating: 3/4 Video: Allison Iraheta Song: “Alone” by Heart Thoughts: Finally someone that picks a great song and has a good performance. I really liked her. She needs to go through. Judge I agree with the most: Simon Rating: 4/4 Video: Kris Allen Song: “Man in the Mirror” by Michael Jackson Thoughts: I actually enjoyed that performance, it’s too bad we didn’t see much of him in Hollywood week. However, I am still not sure it was the best song for him. Judge I agree with the most: Kara Rating: 3/4 Video: Megan Corkrey Song: “Put Your Records On” by Corinne Bailey Rae Thoughts: It was ok, but I wish I liked her performance more. Judge I agree with the most: Simon Rating: 3/4 Video: Matt Breitzke Song: ” If You Could Only See” by Tonic Thoughts: I actually enjoyed the song, but the performance was just boring. If you just listened to it, it sounded good but when you looked at him, he just wasn’t that great of a performer. Judge I agree with the most: Randy Rating: 3/4 Video: Jesse Langseth Song: “Bette Davis Eyes” by Kim Carnes Thoughts: That was a pretty good performance. I liked it ok. Judge I agree with the most: Randy Rating: 3/4 Video: Kai Kalama Song: “What Becomes of the Brokenhearted” by Jimmy Ruffin Thoughts: Boring. Not much else to say. Judge I agree with the most: Simon Rating: 2/4 Video: Mishavonna Henson Song: “Drops of Jupiter” by Train Thoughts: Well, I love that song, so that was one thing in Mishavonna’s favor. As for the performance, it was ok. Nothing to jump up and down about, but it was ok. She has a good voice. Judge I agree with the most: Kara Rating: 3/4 Video: Adam Lambert Song: “Satisfaction” by Rolling Stones Thoughts: Adam is one of my favorites to start with so I had high hopes for him. I love his voice so much, and I actually think he did really good. He has to go through, the best of the night. Oh and he loves Twilight ?! He’s a winner, come on! Judge I agree with the most: Paula Rating: 4/4 Video: Related posts: AMERICAN IDOL Season 8 “3 Finalists Chosen” Review (2/18/09) AMERICAN IDOL – Top 12 finally revealed Daemon’s TV Copyright © 2006-2008 This feed is for personal, non-commercial use only. Steven Page leaves BNL
February 26, 2009 by Sebastin · Leave a Comment
I’ve met BNL a few times, this being the most recent a few years ago. Steven Page is leaving the band to pursue solo things. Sniff sniff, so sad… snort snort. It’s apparently an amicable split, but they were considering doing a 20th anniversary tour soon so I’m sure this puts a damper on those plans.

Making the most of her Valentine’s weekend, Ashley Tisdale was spotted out and about in Studio City, California on Saturday (February 14). The “Suite Life of Zack and Cody” cutie paid a visit to the gym for some physical activity, looking sporty in a longsleeve blue t-shirt and a pair of grey jogging shorts.
