Matt Bomer and Tim DeKay stay cool in Battery Park
September 2, 2010 by Sebastin · Leave a Comment
This picture is already on my desktop as my new wallpaper! If I hadn’t heard it from Matt Bomer himself that he had to learn the hat trick for the show, I’d have thought he was born flipping a hat. But I digress… Matt and his stylish looking other half Tim DeKay were photographed as they were filming scenes of their hit USA show, White Collar in New York’s Battery Park on Wednesday, September 1st, 2010. How nice is it to see Tim’s character Peter rocking something other than his traditional looking suits. You won’t want to miss the mid season finale on September 7th. Don’t worry though, the show will be back in January. Photo Cred: PR Photo
‘Sex and the City’ star Jason Lewis gets down in Sydney
September 2, 2010 by Moo · Leave a Comment
Is it just me or are many American celebrities heading down to Australia lately while more and more Australian’s are in the U.S.? I am definitely not complaining, especially since hearing Sam Worthington would be shooting his new film in Miami next month! (expect lots of pictures because I will be on a hunt!) The latest actor to head Down Under is Sex and the City hunk Jason Lewis. These new images of him having an extremely fun time promoting the new Xbox 360 Kinect controller-free interactive experience with choreoghapher Adam Williams at The Ivy on Thursday, September 2nd, 2010 in Sydney, Australia. Did producers of the show/movie know he could get down like this? He should have boogied on the HBO hit more often! To see Jason and all your favorite Sex and the City characters, Warner Home Video is releasing Sex and the City: The Complete Collection on October 26th. The 20-disc set will contain all 94 episodes from the popular HBO series and also the two feature films – Sex and the City: The Movie and Sex and the City 2. This snazzy new set will set you back $249.99 Photo Cred: Getty Images
Mentalist promo for Season 3 premiere!
September 2, 2010 by Joe · Leave a Comment
Yesterday, we shared with you a teaser trailer, along with some wonderful photos from Episodes 1 and 2 of the upcoming season of The Mentalist . Now, we have a longer promo trailer for the first episode of Season 3, which was just released! The highly anticipated Season 3 Premiere will hopefully help us connect some widely scattered dots after the thrilling finale of Season 2. At the very least, it’ll hopefully give a little credence to several theories that are circulating and give us more exciting times around the water cooler! Still lingering buzz includes: Will we ever be able to determine what to make of Kristina Fry’s fate? Will the gorgeous, yet cunning consultant, Patrick Jane (Simon Baker, The Devil Wears Prada , The Guardian ) continue to be evasive about his encounter with Red John? Are Risgby and Van Pelt (Owain Yeoman and Amanda Righetti) a done deal? And most importantly of all, will Jane and Agent Lisbon (Jane’s boss, seen with him in above picture, played by Robin Tunney – The Craft ) ever just be honest about the fact that they love one another? (It doesn’t take Mentalist powers to see that) Season 3 premiere episode synopsis: When the CBI investigates the kidnapping of a prominent lawyer and state house lobbyist, the CBI Director wants Jane on the case, but he is uncertain of his future with the unit after his encounter with Red John, on the third season premiere of THE MENTALIST. Enjoy the longer promo trailer below…21 more days until the Season 3 premiere!!
Jon Hamm strikes a pose for ‘Mad Men’
September 2, 2010 by Moo · Leave a Comment
Just days after taking home the third consecutive Emmy for Outstanding Drama Series on Sunday, Jon Hamm and Jessica Pare returned to the set of Mad Men on Wednesday, September 1st, 2010 in Santa Monica, California. The duo were photographed on set with a fake baby wrapped around Ms. Pare waist. Even though Jon dresses up in the trendy suits to portray the character of Don Draper, the actor says he is nothing like his on screen persona. ‘I don’t really have that much in comparison to the way Don holds himself,’ Hamm explained. ‘I’m not that guy. I don’t really look like that.’ You can catch Mad Men , Sunday nights on AMC.
Are you ready for Season 3 of The Mentalist?
September 1, 2010 by Moo · Leave a Comment
This is as good a time as any to introduce myself. My name is Tami, and I have an obsession with the CBS show The Mentalist that is possibly inching toward creepy. Speaking of creepy, who else is still reeling after The Mentalist’s eerie Season 2 Finale? Well, we’re a mere 22 days away from the premiere of Season 3, and we have pictures to share from the new season’s first two episodes, not to mention a teaser trailer! Here’s some quick background on The Mentalist , just to catch up anyone jumping on board for the 1st time (and welcome to you!!): The CBI (California Bureau of Investigation) has as one of its ongoing cases, the attempted capture of a serial killer known only as “Red John”. Patrick Jane (played by hunk Simon Baker – #1 on my list of world’s hottest men) is a former “fake psychic”, as he now dubs himself, who joins the CBI as a consultant after Red John kills his wife and young daughter, due to Jane’s taunting of him during a live interview. Jane brings two very special gifts to the CBI: 1) The gift of acute observation (which some around him refer to as psychic abilities) and 2) a vengeful lust to capture (and bring severe harm to) Red John, due to the aforementioned killing of Jane’s wife and child. One more bit of Mentalist info for you newbies: All episode titles of The Mentalist have a “red” theme to them. I’m sure that this is mostly to remind us that the core of the series is based on the ultimate quest to capture Red John. After two seasons of Jane and the CBI coming so close to catching Red John, but never quite being able to nail him down, the Season 2 finale ended with Jane deep in the throes of danger as he came face to face with the killer! That was an extremely frightening note for the Season 2 finale to end on, and a host of questions are still lingering in our minds that shall soon be answered with the arrival of the new season in a few weeks! Season 3 is going to pick up where the season 2 finale left off. Episode 1, the aptly titled “Red Sky at Night” (apt, only due to the fact that the Season 2 finale was entitled “Red Sky in the Morning”) has the CBI director putting Jane on the kidnapping case of a prominent lawyer. However, Jane is no longer certain of his future with the CBI after the up close and personal encounter he had with Red John! The press release for Episode 2 was just made available as well, and features another amazing storyline! Entitled “Cackle-Bladder Blood”, Jane’s brother-in-law (the brother of Jane’s aforementioned wife, who was killed by Red John) is involved in a murder investigation which causes him to need Jane to come to his rescue. Apparently there’s bad blood between Jane and his brother-in-law (played by Kevin Rankin of Trauma ). What a relief that after two seasons, we will FINALLY get some background on Jane’s late wife and the dynamic of Jane’s relationship with her family since her tragic demise. Please enjoy the photos below that have recently been released from Episodes 1 and 2, and also the teaser trailer that was released this morning! Photo Cred: CBS
Dexter goes on vacation?

So few pictures ever leak out from the set of Dexter, but when they do they are golden! These new shots were taken of Michael C. Hall in character as the serial killer Dexter Morgan at a beach side hotel in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday, August 31st, 2010. He is seen working a bellman’s cart before being confronted by an agent in a suit. When the agent leaves, Dexter grabs a bag from said cart and places inside an awaiting Ford Escape. The Showtime hit is headed into their fifth season and is set to have Julia Styles, Shawn Hatosy, Maria Doyle Kennedy (from the Tudor’s!), the hunky Jonny Lee Miller, and Chris Vance as guest stars. Dexter returns to televisions on September 26, 2010. Photo Cred: Bauer Griffin

A slim and trim Ricky Gervais returns to London
August 31, 2010 by Joe · Leave a Comment
British actor and comedian Ricky Gervais took on the battle of the bulge and has won! People loved busting his chops for years over being chubby and he always joked about how even when he would try to exercise the papers would criticize him. We were able to admire the result of his training in a slimmer, trimmer, healthier version of Mr. Gervais on the 62nd Annual Primtetime Emmy Awards on Sunday and in these new shots of him during his arrival into London Heathrow Airport on Tuesday, August 31st, 2010. One of the funniest jokes of the night was when the Invention of Lying star insulted the controversial Mel Gibson! “I’m not going to make fun of him, hes been through a lot,” he said with a smile, adding, “not as much as the Jews, to be fair.” You gotta love a man who quips about someone that most are afraid to piss off! News is spreading like wild fire across Miami that the Heat forward has become newly engaged to girlfriend Adrienne Williams! Bosh’s rep, Tammy Brook, confirmed the engagement to The Miami Herald but declined to confirm details leaked by the New York Post saying he proposed at their Miami home on Friday. The former star of the Toronto Raptors and his lady love have been dating for almost a year and reportedly celebrated the good news by partying it up at celeb hotspot LIV at the Fountainbleu Hotel after dining on some Asian fare at Hakkasan. Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am helped the couple celebrate on the dance floor. Bosh recently signed a $100-million contract with the Miami Heat, so you can JUST imagine the size of the rock! Congrats!
