Jessica Stroup and Dustin Milligan’s Retail Romp

Taking a break from the set of their hit show “90210,” Jessica Stroup and Dustin Milligan were spotted doing some shopping in Hollywood yesterday (April 8). The CW cuties made the most of their time together, looking a bit friendly as they made their rounds and trying to ignore the paparazzi. Coming up this Tuesday at 9/8C, “90210” is brand-spanking-new with drama-filled episode titled “Okaeri, Donna!” Per the show’s official Web site: “Kelly (Jennie Garth) and Silver (Jessica Stroup) are surprised when Donna (guest star Tori Spelling) shows up at their door, straight off a plane from Japan. Annie (Shenae Grimes) and Dixon (Tristan Wilds) decide to spend their spring break on a road trip to visit someone from Dixon’s past, while Ethan (Dustin Milligan) decides to step out of his bubble and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) joins the Habitat build after learning that Liam (Matt Lanter) is also attending, but is clearly out of her comfort zone. While Kelly and Donna are dining on sushi, Diablo Cody (guest starring as herself) convinces Donna to design her a dress for a red carpet event.”

Leighton Meester: From Fallon to Parsons

Fresh from filming the season finale of Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester was spotted making her way around New York City yesterday (April 2). Dressed for the spring season, the 22-year-old first made a stop by the Rockefeller Center for a pre-taping of “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.” Upon arrival, the actress switched her wardrobe and slipped into a shimmery blue, black and yellow evening dress before chatting with Fallon. Afterward, the “Gossip Girl” gal headed off to the Parsons Fashion Benefit 2009 Pre-party at Calvin Klein Collection, and changed outfits once again – this time, wearing a white dress that looked gorgeous against her dark locks.

Kate Moss Officially Opens Topshop

It’s been one of the most anticipated clothing store launches in the US, and earlier today (April 2) Kate Moss made it official by cutting the ribbon and opening the doors of the fabulous Topshop clothing store. The sexy supermodel was accompanied by Arcadia Group chief Sir Philip Green, with the twosome posing for pictures to mark the special occasion. Topshop is a bold and edgy store new to the US, and Miss Moss has been busy in New York the past two days fulfilling her promotional duties.  In fact, Kate is adding her own British flavor and is set to have her own Spring/Summer line available. Of her fashion line, the 35-year-old says, “I am just passionate about clothes. I love fashion; I loved it before I started modeling.”

Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey: Out in NYC

They’ve been flying under the gossip radar as of late, but earlier today (April 1) Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo were spotted out for a stroll in New York City. The “What’s Left of Me” crooner and his former MTV veejay gal left ABC Studios and returned to their hotel after Nick made an appearance on “Live with Regis and Kelly.” Meanwhile, Mr. Lachey has been plenty busy planning his next career moves- he is executive producing and MTV reality show called “Taking the Stage” and will be making a cameo on “One Tree Hill” on April 27th. In addition, Nick will be releasing a new album later this spring called Coming Up for Air, with his first single titled “Patience.” Of the new album he revealed, “Coming Up For Air is kind of [saying] ‘Hey, I’m just taking a break and I’m just coming up for air, and then I’m diving right back down, I’m diving right into it again – so don’t count me out.’”

Hugh Getting Ready For Broadway

As we first told you about last year, singing and dancing actor Hugh Jackman has signed up to appear on Broadway playing Harry Houdini in a new musical. And he’s taking his role very seriously! He’s even studying how to perform Houdini’s magic acts. He’ll need to be good, considering he’ll have to perform the same tricks on stage eight times a week. The Australian has been receiving tips and help from great magicians such as Criss Angel Ricky Jay. Scott Sanders, a Tony Award-winning producer, is already on board as is Tony-nominated architect/set designer David Rockwell. Houdini is set to open in the Spring of 2010. [ Image via WENN .]

Lauren Conrad: Clubbing Cutie

Beginning her week with a swanky night out, Lauren Conrad was spotted chilling over at My House nightclub in Hollywood, California last night (March 23). The “Hills” hottie looked fabulous as usual, sporting a beige blouse teamed with a short black skirt and a pair of black peep-toe heels. In related news, it seems LC won’t be shipping her spring and summer line of clothing, raising questions regarding her future as a designer.  Her rep told press, “In light of the economic climate, Lauren has decided to completely rethink her line.  Lauren is going to revamp her line and design with more high-end fabrics . . . things she couldn’t do the first time around.” She continued, “With everything going on in the economy and in her life, she wants to rework her line and offerings. She will make announcements soon.”

Smashing Pumpkins Drummer Leaves Billy Behind

Drummer Jimmy Chamberlin has left the Smashing Pumpkins! Again! Granted, the first time around in 1996 was a little different, you know, on account of the drug addiction and the touring keyboardist’s overdose. Anyway! Frontman Billy Corgan announced on his website that he has plans to “continue to write and record as Smashing Pumpkins,” even though the megalomaniac is the only original member left in the group! Corgan has plans to start recording a new Pumpkins album with the with the fresh line-up in the spring. [ Image via WENN .]

The 3-year-old seems to be taking after her tall daddy, isn’t she quite tall for a girl her age?
