I am sure it’s hard going from Hollywood parties to parenthood. Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are having trouble with their new domestic lifestyle. An insider told Page Six, “Ashlee and Pete are on the rocks. He is going out all the time and she’s stuck at home. It’s just not working.” A rep for Simpson, who’s currently spending some alone time with her hubby in Australia without baby Bronx Mowgli, said, “This is not true. Everything is fine in their world.” Only time will tell. I hope for little Bronx’s sake these too can work it out. Source

Doing what it takes to work through troubled times, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted grabbing up lunch together in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (January 14). The outing comes as a welcome sign, as pair have been on the rocks ever since a trip to Miami over New Year’s – with Lindsay moving out of her DJ lovers’ house and in with her assistant.

Faux punk rocker Avril Lavigne has reportedly been hosting a revolving door of flings, despite being, well, you know, married. In December, Avril was spotted hanging out with STD farm Brandon Davis , but was next seen back with hubby Deryck Whibley – which is exactly the kind of move you make when you need to reassure everyone that the marriage is not on the rocks. That is, until, you’re seen out again, but this time with someone else! According to Star magazine, Avril’s been pAArtying it up at all the L.A. hotspots, where she was caught tongue wrestling with pineapple billionaire Justin Murdock . Looking a bit lonely and forlorn, Avril Lavigne was spotted leaving La Scala restaurant in Los Angeles last night (December 23) sans husband Deryck Whibley. Perhaps her holiday Scrooge-ness has something to do with the fact that there have been rumors circulating like crazy that her marriage is on the rocks.

Gwyneth Paltrow Cheating?

Gwyneth Paltrow has fuled rumors that her marriage to rocker Chris Martin is on the rocks. According to reports, the actress attended the Victoria’s Secret fashion show in Miami Beach at the Fontainebleau Resort instead of joining Martin on tour. The New York Post said that Paltrow, who has two children with Martin, spent all her time at the fashion show with Fontainebleau Resorts owner Jeff Soffer and later joined him on his yacht. “Gwyneth flew down privately at the behest of Jeff Soffer,” says an insider. At the party, a source claims she “remained closed off in a private section and hung out with soffer and Madonna paramour Alex Rodriguez. On Saturday, she joined him on his yacht with her pal Kate Hudson.” Adding fuel to the fire was the way Paltrow looked in Miami. “She was very, very thin,” a witness noted. “She looked stressed out. And she certainly didn’t act like a happily married woman.” Reports that Martin and Paltrow have been on the rocks for months have circulated in the press as they’ve refused to be photographed together.
