Enjoying an afternoon retail romp, Jennifer Lopez teamed up with her gal pal Leah Remini for a little shopping in Beverly Hills on Saturday (March 14). The two actress friends spent the day visiting Frances Klein Classic Jewels – getting true star treatment when the store temporary closed so Lopez and Remini could browse the store’s selections without any hassle. Meanwhile, Jennifer is soon attempting to rejuvenate her big-screen career, as she’ll be filming a new drama called “Plan B” this May. Talking about how eager J. Lo is to return to the limelight, a friend told OK! magazine, “Jennifer was in Hollywood all Oscar week, and it just reminded her of everything she’s lost, career-wise. She used to be the belle of the ball, and now she’s a fifth wheel.”

Jessica Alba Rolls Around Paris

Enjoying the hustle and bustle that’s Paris Fashion Week, Jessica Alba was spotted out for a bike ride around France’s capital city on Wednesday afternoon (March 11). The “Sin City” starlet stopped by the “Jeu de Paume” museum for an art exhibition, then heading over to “Saint Germain des Pres” for lunch. Not forgetting her baby girl, the 28-year-old made sure to do a little shopping for trendy baby clothes to bring home to Honor Marie. Hitting the upscale shops on boulevard Saint Germain, Miss Alba looked to have found a few items of interest, toting her shopping bag in hand before heading off with a gal pal.

Spending time with her loving family, Jessica Alba was spotted out and about on Saturday afternoon (March 7) with husband Cash Warren and their daughter Honor Marie. The trio wandered about Sunset Plaza in West Hollywood, doing a little shopping along with grabbing a bite to eat for lunch at Cafe Med. The “Sin City” starlet is currently taking advantage of what free time she has, as Miss Alba will be joining actors Casey Affleck and Kate Hudson for the filming of a new movie in Oklahoma beginning March 23. According to a well-placed AP source, “Scenes for ‘The Killer Inside Me’ will be shot in Oklahoma City, Guthrie, Tulsa, Cordell and surrounding areas beginning in just over two weeks.” “The Killer Inside Me” is a crime drama that tells the story of “a West Texas deputy sheriff who’s slowly unmasked as a psychotic killer.”

Paris, Nicky and the BFF: Queensland Shoppers

Continuing along with her Aussie romp, Paris Hilton did a little shopping at Surfer’s Paradise in Queensland with her new BFF Brittany Flickinger and sister Nicky on Friday (January 2). According to an insider on-hand, the hotel heiress walked away from the show store Qwik Shop with an astounding $6,000 worth of free kicks and the news that they would be happy to carry her line of footwear in the future!

Paris Has To Defend Her Spending Of Money in Australia

As we mentioned earlier this week, Paris Hilton along with sis Nicky Hilton and their mini entourage landed in Australia to celebrate and host a New Year’s Eve party. While in Melbourne, Paris is said to have spent thousands of dollars on a shopping spree. The 27 year-old spent about $4,000 in a 40 minutes. And, local charities took it upon themselves to criticize Paris for her “excessive” spending. But she’s helping the economy! Shouldn’t people be encouraged to spend MORE? In a new conference on Tuesday, acting Prime Minister Julia Gillard was questioned about Paris’s shopping spree and she actually praised Hilton for “recognising Australia’s attraction as a fashion and shopping destination.” In response to those comments, Paris said “I heard that a politician said that. I thought that was very sweet and it’s true.” So what does the party girl have to say about her spending? Paris says, “I’m in Australia, I think it’s important to help out, you know, the economy out here, everywhere in the world. And what’s wrong with doing a little shopping?
