Jennifer Aniston Reportely Joins The Cast Of ‘Scream 4’

According to a new report making the rounds today, Jennifer Aniston is rumored to be joining her BFF and former Friends co-star Courteney Cox-Arquette in the upcoming sequel film Scream 4 (scheduled to begin filming in Michigan later in the year). Now, because this report originates from Star magazine , I’d suggest taking it with a sizeable grain of salt … but, it is entirely possible that Courteney convinced Jen to get in on the Scream fun so that the BFFs could work together again. Read on for the deets of this report but be warned, it contains supposed plot spoilers for a film that has yet to go into production: In the June 14 issue of Star — on sale now — we report that Jennifer may be known for her romantic comedies, but she’s switching genres for her new role: a part in Scream 4! Jen will play a woman who’s killed off in the opening sequence, a trademark of the franchise — as a favor to BFF and Scream actress Courteney. The role will be similar to Drew Barrymore’s killer part in the first film. “Scream has always been an important part of Courteney’s life, and she wanted Jennifer to be a part of the production,” an insider tells Star. Courteney, her husband David Arquette and Neve Campbell will all reprise their roles in the next installment, which hits theatres in April 2011. As much as I would LOVE to see Jennifer Aniston make a cameo in Scream 4 , I don’t know that I can totally believe this report just yet. It seems to me that producers of the film — and Scream writer Kevin Williamson especially — would want to keep new of Scream 4 ’s first victim a closely guarded secret for as long as they can. The fact that the movie has yet to go into filming production is a huge red flag … ans is the main reason why I can’t believe this report. Even still, it would be a nice coup for Scream 4 if they got Jennifer Aniston to appear in the film … even if only long enough to get murdered in the first few minutes. What do y’all think … will Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox-Arquette reunite on screen in Scream 4 or is this just too much wishful thinking on Star magazine’s part? [ Source ]

Newlyweds Jane Lynch & Lara Embry Make Their Way To NYC

Yesterday we learned that Glee star Jane Lynch married her ladylove Lara Embry in a private Memorial Day wedding ceremony in Sunderland, MA and today we get to see a couple photos of the happy couple strolling the streets of NYC together yesterday afternoon. It’s unclear if the newlyweds are in NYC for their official honeymoon … but they sure look like a couple of very happy honeymooners: Considering the long and very successful year that Lynch has enjoyed on Glee , I can totally understand that the couple may want to just lay low and enjoy quite, alonetime with one another at home in NYC for the first few weeks of their marriage. But, I gotta say, it would be fantastic if the Mrs. & Mrs. jetted off to some island locale so that they can sip Mai Tais on a sandy beach. Yesterday we got our first look at a new promo image from the new ad campaign for Glacéau Smart Water which features celebrity spokesmodel Jennifer Aniston . As you may recall, Jen showed off her ripped abs in that promo image. Today we get to see a couple other images from the ad campaign for Smart Water , tho these photos are less obviously sexy: While I vastly prefer the photo we saw yesterday , these ain’t that bad. I mean, it can’t be easy to make water look sexy but I think Jen does just that. I’d say these photos are more pretty than they are sexy . You know, if her rom-com movie career ever peters out, Jennifer Aniston could still enjoy a happy career as a bottled water model. [ Source ]

Zac Efron Loves His Manpris

Zac Efron has made his way back to Vancouver, British Columbia to film some reshoots for his upcoming new film The Life and Death of Charlie St. Cloud . As you may recall, he spent much of last Summer in Vancouver filming this movie but it would appear that the need for reshoots has brought him back to BC. Here are a couple photos of Zac making his arrival in Vancouver rockin’ a pair of manpris: I suppose technically near-heinous article of clothing could be classified as shorts seeing as they are just at the knee but just about an inch longer and they would be certified manpris … which I find fug, fug, fug. I guess we can cut the lad some slack, considering his short pants are kinda in a grey area. First Look: Rihanna, ‘Rockstar 101’

Rihanna is about to unleash her next music video from her album Rated R and People magazine brings us our first look at the vid with the release of a 30 second teaser clip … here are a few screencaps: Take a lesson from Rihanna: Being a rock star means being able to strut your stuff while wearing a sexy, slick bodysuit, fierce stilettos, and a fiery red wig. At least that’s the lesson coming out of her new video for “Rockstar 101,” her fourth single off of her album Rated R. PEOPLE has a sneak peek of the new video. The singer, 22, does already knows a thing or two about rocking out: Travis Barker taught her how to play the drums, and Slash plays guitar on the new song. In July, Rihanna kicks off her “Last Girl On Earth” North American tour, where she’ll be joined by Ke$ha. I know it’s hard to tell from just a 30 second clip but this video looks much tamer, less opulent than her previous videos. I’m guessing that the whole video might be just Rihanna strutting around in her red wig and black latex outfit. After the jump, check out the clip and see for yourselves … Personally, I’d expect a Rock Star to offer a bit more in their music videos but, again, I cannot be sure if there will be more excitement in the final full version of Rock Star 101 . But whether the video is good or not, I’m still CRAZY excited to see Rihanna on stage this Summer on her Last Girl on Earth Tour . Jennifer Aniston & Adam Sandler ‘Just Go With It’ In Hawaii

As if we haven’t already been punished enough , Jennifer Aniston was spotted in Hawaii on the set of a new romantic comedy titled Just Go With It that stars funnyman Adam Sandler as her leading man. Now, before all the Ani-stans get all pissy with me, let me assure you that I am just kidding about the “punishment” (tho, The Bounty Hunter did disappear from theaters pretty quickly, didn’t it?). Considering that Jen is teaming up with Adam , this film might actually turn out to be a hit: I love Adam Sandler but I always have a hard time taking him seriously in romantic comedies like this. These photos of him smoochin’ all up on Jennifer are funny … but prolly not for the right reasons. In any event, I am actually very curious to see how this film turns out … I’m not saying it will necessarily appeal to me but I am hopeful that this collabo between Sandler and Aniston will actually be an entertaining one. ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’ Gets A Release Date

Last week we learned that Academy Award -winning director Bill Condon signed on to direct the next installment of The Twilight Saga movie franchise, Breaking Dawn , and today we learn that the movie studio has set a release date for the film . As I’m sure you all all very much aware, The Twilight Saga: New Moon was released last November and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse will be released this June … but we are going to have to wait until November 2011 to see the next sequel film The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn : Summit Entertainment has picked a release date for “The Twilight Saga’s Breaking Dawn”. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the studio has set November 18, 2011 as the day when the final installment of the vampire drama movie series hits U.S. theaters. However, it has not been announced whether the last chapter of “Twilight” film franchise is going to be split into two parts or not. Latest report on the matter said that sources insisted “Breaking Dawn” will be made into two movies. It was recently announced that Bill Condon is hired to serve behind the lens for this fourth “Twilight” film. Later, the “Dreamgirls” helmer has reached out to fans by writing a letter, stating that the upcoming film will not be musical. “The Twilight Saga’s Breaking Dawn” will follow Bella Swan after she has made a decision between her intense passion for Edward Cullen and her profound connection to Jacob Black. Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are all expected to return to reprise their respective roles in this movie. I would bet good money that Summit Entertainment will break up Breaking Dawn into two movies (in Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows style) so that they can capitalize as much as possible on the movie franchise. Twilight fans are a seemingly endless font from which the movie studio can extract money … why would they not milk their resource for all they can? To be honest, although there was only a 7 month span between New Moon and Eclipse , I don’t blame them for putting off the next film until the end of next year … again, it’s a good way to keep the fans wanting more. Mark your calendars, y’all … The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn will premiere in theaters in November 2011 … my guess is that Breaking Dawn, Pt. 2 will premiere in theaters in June 2012. [ Source ]

Bret Michaels Released From The Hospital

Last week we learned the very scary news that Bret Michaels was hospitalized in ICU after he suffered a deadly brain hemorrhage after he was hospitalized for an emergency appendectomy. In the days that followed, things were pretty touch and go as he remained in critical condition but today I am THRILLED to pass along the amazingly good news that Bret has recovered enough to be released from the hospital ! It is expected that he will recover 100% and, for now, he is recovering in his own bed, in his own home: Poison star Bret Michaels has been discharged from the Arizona hospital where he was hospitalized after suffering a brain haemorrhage last month. The rocker, 47, was admitted to the intensive care unit of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix after suffering bleeding on the brain. Doctors later discovered Michaels suffered a life-threatening side-effect of the condition called hyponatremia – a lack of sodium in the body that can lead to seizures. Dr. Joseph Zabramski held a press conference on Tuesday, May 4 to address Michael’s condition, revealing he is in stable condition and is expected to make a full recovery. He added: “He’s improving and I expect him to continue to improve. I really expect that he will fortunately make a 100 per cent recovery. He’s just one of those lucky people – 10 to 20 per cent – who make a complete recovery and can resume all of their normal activities.” Zabramski did not release details of when Michaels left the hospital due to federal privacy laws. This, my friends, is what you can call a miracle. I think pretty much everyone, save for the die-hard hopeful and extremely positive, had resigned themselves to the thought that Bret Michaels might die from his injury. This man truly lives a charmed life and I am just so happy that he is doing so well. I’m sure he still has much healing ahead of him but if this ain’t the best news ever, I don’t know what is. ‘People’ Magazine Selects The ‘100 Most Beautiful People’ Of 2010

Because the shocking news that Sandra Bullock has adopted a baby boy without anyone in the world knowing about it takes precedence, her story is the main focus of this week’s cover of People magazine. But People has another big story to share with the world this week, its annual 100 Most Beautiful People list! Here are a few of the folks who made the list this year — including Jake Gyllenhaal , Channing Tatum and Bradley Cooper — but the celeb chosen as THE most beautiful person might come as a bit of a surprise, or maybe not really … she has previously made the 100 Most Beautiful List 12 times and has previously been THE most beautiful person 4 times : Julia Roberts, who began her career as “Pretty Woman,” is now the most beautiful person in the world, according to People magazine’s Most Beautiful Person issue released on Wednesday. This is the fourth time the 42-year-old timeless beauty has headed People’s list and the twelfth time she’s been named one of the world’s 100 Most Beautiful people. The announcement was made live Wednesday on TODAY by People senior editor Galina Espinoza … A dozen appearances are the second-most in the history of the exclusive list. Only Halle Berry, who this year makes her 14th appearance on People’s iconic list, has more. Following Roberts are nine-time honorees George Clooney, Jennifer Lopez, Brad Pitt and Nicole Kidman. Of those, only Lopez is back this year … The “Most Beautiful People” issue is broken down into sections celebrating various aspects of beauty. For the fourth straight year, there’s a section on “Stars without Makeup” that celebrates eight women photographed in just moisturizer and lip balm. They include Diane Kruger, 33, of “Inglourious Basterds”; Ashley Greene, 23; Kerry Washington, 33; supermodel Heidi Klum and Selena Gomez, 17. There’s also a section honoring “Beautiful Jessicas,” new to the edition this year. While I generally agree with People ’s choices of the “most beautiful”, I can’t help but believe their decision to name Julia Roberts the most beautiful person — again — as a p.r. stunt in her favor. Julia has a new movie coming out so this “honor” will help with promotion of that film. Of all the people People could’ve chosen, like Sandra Bullock perhaps, I cannot for the life of me understand why Julia Roberts would be chosen as the stand out.
