Jamie Kennedy To Guest Star in EUREKA

EUREKA has cast another great guest star for its fourth season: Jamie Kennedy ( Ghost Whisperer, Scream trilogy ). Jamie Kennedy will play Dr. Ramsey in the episode entitled “The Story of O2,” directed by Colin Ferguson (Sheriff Jack Carter in the show). In the episode, Sheriff Jack Carter (Ferguson) leaves Eureka to visit his daughter Zoe (Jordan Hinson) at Harvard while the town celebrates Space Week. A new self-propagating oxygen technology developed by Dr. Ramsey in order to potentially colonize on Mars mysteriously begins to build up in the atmosphere above Eureka threatening to incinerate the entire town. The episode is scheduled to premiere on Friday, July 30, 2010. Season 4 of Eureka will premiere on July 9, 2010 at 9pm ET/PT. The new season will include 20 episodes. Other guest stars this season include Jaime Ray Newman, Matt Frewer and Wil Wheaton. I personally think Jamie Kennedy will fit right in the quirky town that is Eureka . Gilles Marini Stays and Luke Grimes Leaves On BROTHERS & SISTERS

Good news for Gilles Marini fans, according to Michael Ausiello , he will be promoted to a series regular next season. However, while he will be staying, the Walkers will be saying goodbye to one of their own. Showrunner David Marshall Grant has confirmed that Luke Grimes, who plays the Walkers’ half-brother Ryan, will not be returning next season. I can’t say that I am sad to see Ryan go, because I thought he was gone already since we haven’t seen much of him this season. As for Luke, well why not? It will be nice to see Sarah in a steady relationship once more. But that’s just me, how do you feel about these “changes”? Are you glad Luke will be sticking around? What about Ryan leaving? Alas … sad news to pass along today. Ghost Whisperer co-stars and once paramours Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy have broken up , y’all. I can’t say that this news comes as a big surprise to me … you may recall that J. Love celebrated her birthday last month in high style and, curiously, Jamie was not in attendance at her shindig . I thought it was very odd that Jamie was not included (for whatever reason) in Jennifer ’s fun birthday party … I guess now we know why. Jamie Love is dunzo, y’all! After a year-long romance, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy have broken up, a rep has confirmed exclusively to PEOPLE. No further details were available. Though some in the blogosphere called them an unlikely couple, Kennedy and Hewitt regularly gushed over each other. When Kennedy first confirmed the romance in March 2009, he told Ryan Seacrest during a radio interview, “I’m in love!” Describing his costar on Ghost Whisperer, Kennedy said: “It’s like, ‘Wow, you are hot. You can sing, you can dance, you’re like, so smart and, wow, you can cook pasta fagioli, too.’ ” Hewitt called her beau “hilarious,” but praised him as more than just a funnyman. “There are people in your life who are just supportive and who just look at you and they see who you are,” Hewitt told Ellen DeGeneres last year. “And [Jamie] really saw who I was as a person more than anybody had ever done in my whole life. I think that’s for me when I sort of went, ‘Oh, wow.’ “ Ugh … as unsurprising as this break-up is … it really seems like these two weren’t meant to be. Jennifer Love broke up with her fiancée of 3 years, Ross McCall , in January of 2009 and she was already hooked up and dating Jamie by March of 2009 .
