Zac Efron: “Rock of Ages” Family Night

Following a day of promotional duties, Zac Efron made time for family to cap off his busy day in New York City on Monday (April 13). The “High School Musical” hunk hopped out of a chauffeured SUV, joining his father, David, and brother, Dylan, to see the “Rock of Ages” Broadway musical at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre in Times Square. Aside from family theater time, Efron has been promoting his soon-to-be-released movie “17 Again,” which hits theaters this Friday (April 13). Explaining why he chose to undertake this project, Zac tells GQ magazine: “It’s very transitional, y’know? I didn’t wanna alienate the fans that had been around for so long. The fans, who’ve been around for so many years.”

The pair stepped out for the Brooks Brothers annual holiday celebration to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The relationship between the co-stars Taylor Momsen, 15, and 23-year-old Chace Crawford has fallen under the public scrunity after the young entertainers were spied sharing a passionate liplock during the holiday party in New York last week. Everyone in the cast of “Gossip Girl” is hooking up with each other – and Chace Crawford and Taylor Momsen are at the center of the latest smooching session. A Page Six spy spotted the co-stars sneak away during their holiday party at Haven on East 51st Street to steal kisses in the corner, but Crawford’s rep denies it. Throwing back pre-flight drinks and waiting it out at Chili’s Too were none other than Ed Westwick, Chace Crawford, and Jessica Szohr of Gossip Girl. A source from W Magazine swears that after the pals finished up at Chilis Too, he saw Jessica Szohr and Ed Westwick flirting and kissing. “Definitely on the lips,” he says. “Not a French kiss, but a smooch definitely.
