Always up for a high-profile night out, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted checking out Ya Boy’s birthday party (Spencer is producer on his latest album) at Area nightclub last night (January 28). The “Hills” lovers looked to be having a marvelous time hamming it up on the red carpet, with Heidi sporting a white jacket and jeans, while Spencer looked a bit ominous in a dark blazer, black shirt, and black trousers.
